Our Mentorship Program is designed to teach you the basics while you’re working in your business.  We cover:

#1 Business Plan 

We will help you craft a business plan derived from your strengths & skills.

#2 Weekly Individual or Small Group Class

In our training room or on Zoom, you’ll learn scripts, techniques, share experiences and generate ideas and support.  Here are some of our topics: 

  • Prospecting

  • Branding & Marketing you Real Estate Practice 

  • Buyer Presentations

  • Showing & Closing a Buyer 

  • Preparing & Negotiating an Offer 

  • Handling Objections

  • Contract to Closing Activities

  • Building a Referral Network 

  • Financing/Buyer & Seller Expense Estimates

#3 Monthly Private Coaching Meetings

During the first year of the program, meet with GiGi to discuss activities, challenges, and successes.  Based on your needs, you will be provided suggestions and resources to help you succeed.
