Why Mentorship?
Ineffective new licensee training can leave you to fend for yourself or get lost in a crowd. Our approach to training new agents is unique. Your course combines education on the essentials with one on one support and encouragement.
Our Mentorship Program is designed to teach you the basics while you’re working in your business. We cover:
