I founded RE/MAX First in 1990 and I’m thrilled & blessed to celebrate the 32nd year in business with this incredible real estate firm that we call family.
As a Realtor for 10 previous years, I saw the need for a brokerage that would provide vital services and support so that agents could take their business to any level. And they did. A number of “Firsts” soon attracted the top performers in OKC.
1st to hire a marketing director for agents promotions
1st to create individual brands for our Realtors
1st to advertise our Realtors’ listings as independent businesses
1st to offer a high service/high commission program
1st to offer Buyer Representation & obtain ABR Certifications
We created a team of independent real estate professionals committed to learning & sharing, advanced designations, professional marketing, and the highest level of client service. Our mission was and still is to raise the level of professionalism in the marketplace. My love for the real estate industry, RE/MAX, and the Oklahoma City community has given me valuable opportunities to serve, learn, and lead. These days I’m dedicated to share my experience and expertise to transform agent businesses through strategic coaching and creating custom business solutions for REALTORS.
