Then there are print materials that you will want to have. Perhaps you are meeting someone for the first time at an open house? Consider giving them something of value to take with them - more than just a printed flyer of the property. Think of something that they'll hold onto for reference.
The very act of giving something to someone is a relationship builder.
At the minimum, agents need:
-a pre-listing packet
-buyer packets
-for sale by owner packets
-buyer questionnaires
-pre-listing questionnaires
Make a practice to update your collateral marketing at least once a year. When a hot prospect shows up, you'll be glad that you are ready!
